Default Is my Slave Cylinder and Master cylinder bad or is it a throw out bearing?

Hey guys, so I’m hoping it’s either option and not something else since I can fix both options.

Anyways today I was doing a 0-100 pull and from 2 to 3rd gear my clutch just gave out and it got stuck in second. I wast far from home so I limped it home. I waited a couple hours to try my clutch again but it wouldn’t put the car in or out of gear but it could start the car. I’ve had this issue 2 days after I got the car about a month ago or so. But after driving for a few minutes it went back to normal but not this time.
backstory. The clutch has an almost nonexistent release point. and if it does it’s high up there. It’s honestly a guessing game with releasing the clutch and it’s not definite as I though it would be like my other car is. THne clutch is stiff and not super ridiculously easy to push in. But now that this happened it’s super loose and will go in so easy. I wanna did the issue since I’m semi-dailying this car (only in sun). I’ve read about how it can be the clutch slave cylinder and master cylinder but a buddy said it could be a throw out bearing. I just wanna be like 90% before ordering parts since money is tight. What’s the issue? How can I be 10% is one issue over the other?
i haven’t been able to pop in it gear and shift or anything to where I can drive it to a shop so I need to do a self diagnose rn

I would start with flushing the clutch system with some fresh fluid. Cheapest and easiest way to see if the cmc and slave are on their way out. Old fluid can cause some serious problems especially when hot. Remember the clutch line is right about the driver side cat

System pressure will not build up and will still have a very soft pedal if any pedal at all. This would keep you from changing gears ... bad fluid can sometimes cause this alone.

So update: the previous owner didn’t take care of this vehicle at all. Not only has the fluid not been changed in years but neither the master or slave cylinders. So we replaced those anddddddddd a throw out bearing is bad too..... so it was a combination of problems. So the Z is out of commission till I can get back to work

It’s likely the clutch slave cylinder.
