A proper short ram with heat shield and CAI seem to give the same results.

That sounds low, I got 254 on my last car with an intake, exhaust and spacer, no tune.

12.4 to 12.9 AFR seems a slight bit rich for a NA no?

Probably rich for low & medium load and/or cruising but I speculate that these were wide-open throttle pulls.

On average they tune at about 12.5 AFR at WOT for NA.
