Default Thoughts on wheel setup!

Should finally be getting some wheels/tires for my Z in the next month or two and was just wonder others opinions and if anyone has any pictures of the same set up!

Gonna be running Konig Dekagram 18x9.5 +25 with 245/40 Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 (thanks to my cousin for showing me these, also a fellow redditor on here) for the fronts Konig Dekagram 18x10.5 +18 with 275/40 Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 for the rears!

Pretty much set on buying that exact set up but I always like opinions from others and input! Saw a few pics running that exact set up and tbh it looks clean. Gonna also be dropping my car with the coilovers I bought the other night! Super excited for this season!word counter VidMate Mobdro

Worth mentioning to others.... Konig developed the rotary forging process known to the world as "Enkei MAT" (Most Advanced Technology) so in theory, the Konig Dekagram, Ampliform, Hypergram, (and a couple of others maybe) from that lineup are pretty light, pretty strong. And cost effective. While Enkeis of same construction are now pushing $350+/wheel, the Konigs are still in the $250 range for a sub-20 lb 18" wheel. Never owned a set but seem reasonable.

I run 18x10.5 Konig Dekagrams with 285/35 Falkens square on my car. I've never been more happy with any wheels on any cars. Pricing is great (about $210 each when I bought them last year), they're relatively light, and seem to be holding up to track abuse so far. I would buy them again.

It's worth mentioning that my car does not have VDC, so I running the square setup doesn't cause any issues. If you have VDC, make sure to maintain a front-rear diametric difference within 3% of stock.

Same here! Mully did you have to pull the fender to fit? I have my fenders rolled only. Any fitment issues with being too close to the shocks?

Rolled fenders should suffice. I had to pull my front passenger fender (missed removing one of the fender liner bolts like a moron, so left a nice little dent) a little bit because that corner sits lowers than the others. My car was in an accident with the previous owner that tweaked the front end, so I suspect that's why I had to pull the fender. If I went with 275s I don't think it would have rubbed at all. No fitment issues with the shocks or anything else inside, though you'll have to remove the front fender liners if you're very low or just ignore the occasional rub sound over medium bumps.
