Default 350z exhaust leak?

both sides of my y pipe look like this. would this be causing and exhaust leak ??? my car sounds different all of the sudden. i thought at first it was just water in the exhaust because i had recently gotten some water in their and thought it was just water. it’s only been a day since the sound started and since i got water in the exhaust

You're correct.

You must have scraped over something for the flex joint to tear, it's more common then you think. You need to replace that y-pipe with another one or a solid y-pipe with no flex joint like Stillen (what I have)

You can also go to a muffler shop and have them cut that out, and weld in a solid piece to stop the leak. As for your water, are you sure that's water...? It's most likely the exhaust gas in liquid form or unburned fuel I would believe.

If that is the OEM y-pipe, hen you can put any y-pipe on.

Most HKS reps I've seen come with a y-pipe. I doubt you can bolt any other y-pipe up to replace it, it would have to be another HKS rep y-pipe.
