Thoughts on an 04 manual, convert
Spur of the moment found an 04 350 Z convert, manual with 135k miles. Any initial thoughts or concerns?
Needs new straps for the top (cheap fix?) and it had a hole in the top and rain water sat behind the passenger seat. Caused a small hole in the floor. All of that will be fixed by bodyshop with metal, weld and then under coating. Will probably go for $6000 ish.
Am I crazy for even considering this car? It'll be a fair weather car and will teach my son how to drive manual.

No, privately owned. He will get the floor repaired by an auto body shop this week. He was upfront about needing the new straps for the top. Also just found out the drivers side door is a bit wrinkled due to a "side swipe." He has an extra door to swap it out.

NVM.
Just received about 10 additional pictures. It's a little beat for me. I'm not expecting a garage queen for this price but this one isn't the one for me.....
I'll be back!
