Default Clutch

I recently replaced my clutch on my 05 350z and my clutch pedal has almost no pressure. When pushed down the pedal goes about 3/4 of the way down with no pressure then has about 1/4 of the way with pressure. Then once I let off the clutch it only pops back up to the spot that the pressure began, not all the way back up. The car still starts up and goes into gear with the clutch pushed in. I'm just really confused and don't know what the problem could be

Bleed it more. Preferably with a power bleeder like a Motive.
