I've been an almost ghost on this forum since i signed up but, figured this is the most fitting place to share my excitement and maybe some OG's can relate haha. I got my 03 350z right after high school back in '07 with around 38k miles on it and have held onto it ever since. Back then, as an 18yr old making minimum wage ($8.00/hr~) I could only dream of one day having multiple sets of Rays wheels, full titanium exhaust systems etc. etc.. My engine finally blew a month ago at almost 198k and although I've been buying parts through the years, it really kind of flipped a switch in me about getting the things I've always wanted. Many of the cool Japanese tuning houses that made parts for these cars when they were in production do not make them anymore and I've been feeling a sort of pressure to start acquiring these before they're truly gone. I plan on keeping this car forever and so this week i happily took delivery of my Amuse RS silent titanium exhaust, a *new* in box Nismo DE cold air intake and a previously owned set of *new* in box RAYS TS06 wheels (look them up) that will keep my LMGT4's and Nismo GT Pro 1.5 way lsd company in my garage until the new motor gets dropped in. I want to try and be more active on here so I'm planning on making some exhaust clips for everyone (pulls and flybys, not revving at idle) as well as possibly just showing off all my stuff that I'm sure almost everyone on here now doesn't care about . So that's all haha... I just wanted to say hi to everyone on here and that I love driving my car and I love buying rare, cool stuff for it also!
hell yea, those are some good choices on parts. cant wait to see some pics of it. Ive had my 2003 since 2005 and will never sell either. good luck with the build. Did you just pick up a engine from the scrap yard?
yea for sure post up some pictures when you can. I had always liked the 350z when it came out. I was in my early 20's when it came out. Didnt have a job or schooling so couldnt afford a Z at the time. Finally got one about a year ago a 2004 in great shape and been building it up little by little. Nice to see people that keep their cars. These japanese cars are unique and fun.

Thanks man! i got a used one with around 70k miles on it from a nissan and infiniti dismantler in sacramento-like 3 hours fromaway me. they shipped it to my buddys shop and everything for under 2k which i thought was very reasonable.

Those "hebi bebis" are definitely rare! haha but personally i never really liked the way they looked. I DID however, buy an ARC titanium **** years ago goes great with my shift extender
