Question Need help with tires

I bought 18" x 8.5" Enki RPF1 rims with +30mm offset, can anyone tell me if paired with Michelin - Front: Pilot Sport All Season 4 225/45ZR18/XL ASY M + S 95Y MSPN 11214 and - Rear: Pilot Sport All Season 4 245/45ZR18/XL ASY M + S 100Y MSPN 07799 fit properly on a everything stock 2005 Nissan 350z Track? Nothing has been done with the suspension and fenders. Same size rims for all four wheels. I am doing a project for school with my car, any help or insights is much appreciated.

you should have no issues fitting these wheels on your Z as those size wheels/tires are pretty much the same as factory wheels.

What BRE said. ^^

You could go 245/40 up front if you wanted. Give you tad bit more front grip. But the sizes you mention work just fine.
