Between the crappy weather and just not having much time on the weekends lately I just realized it's been like 2.5 months since i've driven the car...and now the forecast says MORE snow is coming....northeast weather sucks!! Only 4k miles on my odometer at this point! (bought in 01/03). At this rate in 10 years my Z will have 40k miles on it!

starting to wonder if it's even worth having around here.


had to vent. i'm done now

 

Yesterday was the first day of snow since I got my Z (10/03) that I wasn't able to work at home. I was at a client's office about 50 miles from my house for the day. The normal rush hour trip home from that office is about 75 minutes. Yesterday it took me a little under 3 hours to get home. I hadn't gotten snow tires yet expecting there to be no more big snow storms like yesterday, but amazingly she drove without any problems (except for one slip on a very local back road at the very beginning of my trip home). The feeling of finally getting home without any trouble was almost as good as sex. It was a definite bonding experience between my Z and me.

 

i'm in boston, and yes i agree this weather sucks ***, my Z is always dirty, i have to drive it, but i drive it like 5 miles a day.

with this storm, roads won't be good for another month.

i figure all this sand and salt has to go and shi* it will be a month.

Same story here in Mobile. I've washed my car every weekend for the past three weeks because of the pollen.
Oh well, I drive with the windows down on the way into work. Gotta love this weather!

Windows down? Oh yeah, I got to do that once.

 

We get to roll our windows down on July 15th up here.

i want to move there so bad! i live in northern virginia and we got snow last night, been raining every day, and supposed to continue raining for the rest of the week
