Yeah... it was a bit surprising to me too. Perhaps it really is a small percentage of people since the red circle w/dot in middle = 2.0% or less of people had the problem. Also, keep in mind the survey that all the readers get only ask you to put down if you've had problems that you'd deem "serious". To qualify as serious it would have be on the basis of cost, failure, compromised safety or downtime. But yeah, if I had my tranny replaced, I think I'd consider it serious.

i almost traded my 03z in on a 04 coupe
vette.they made me a hell of a offer.my base 03 with 10000 miles on it +15000.i
thought i was going to buy it until i drove it.it did not feel as good as my z.
it had plenty of power but the noise,ride,just wasn't what i was used to.all my life i wanted a vette but turns out i am doing pretty good with the z.i also looked up my kelly blue book value after putting 10000 miles on my car and it only had $2000 depreciation off sticker.i put in a 03 vette with 10000 miles on it and it had a $16000 depreciation off sticker.i think i made te right decision
