I know that the car looks good in dark and light silver but its looking more and more like thats all there is at every meet! Where are the sunset pics? I really think my car attracts so much attention because of the color! I am suprized by how few lemans sunsets seem to be showing up in general. Does anyone else agree?

 

I love the color. I'm torn between it and Daytona Blue.

I had ordered Sunset w/Charcoal seats around the first week of September. A few days later, I read a post, that someones oem touchup paint doesn't match the factory sunset. I know, probably because it's touchup, but still, it got me thinking...
So 2nd week of September, I changed my order to Super Black w/BurntOrange seats.
I didn't want a situation where I'd have a different colored/shaded front end (from when I run into the car ahead )
I couldn't stay away from the flash of orange..........
And Black looks a very deeeeep blue, under a clear blue sky.....which we have a lot here in florida

 

After weeks of debating on color: too many Silver and Silverstone, Black tough to keep clean, Blue looks like a Subaru WRX, White toooo much white, Brickyard nowhere to be found, Red close but.... I decided on LeMans Sunset. Different, striking, not too many around. I just hope I still like it 10 years fom now! If not, there will always be a 450Z I suppose. Kinda looks like my '70 240 anyway!

 

Ray, for someone who was so worried about the color even after you got it, I am pleased that you have mellowed into this awesome, bold, in-your-face, double-taking color.

I got the LeMans Sunset too, and I think the attention has been through the roof. I drove to NY this past weekend, and man, the ENTIRE way, traffic would literally slow down around me and just stares, got stopped at gas stations, restareas, the whole nine yards.

I even had 3 Z owners say that they wish they had ordered the Sunset after seeing mine. They were 2 silver and 1 black.

Saw it, drove it, fell in love with it! GREAT color! Pictures do not tell the true tale of this color. Unique, outstanding, flashy, rich.......I bought one tonight.

I ordered it with burnt orange.

 

Rockit thank you for the great pics nice work.Have yet to see in person, but no for a FACT I made right choice.Why you ask?Because that color is unique and so am I . I like the z in all colors and brickyard has grown on me over the past few weeks but Lemas Sunset is for me.
