Look at what my dealer did!!
Freakin' aggrevating. Brought the car in for an oil change and to check on a few warranty things. Everything went great and all my problems are being fixed under warranty:
1) New bottom seat cover
2) New window regulator (window goes up and comes back down)
3) New tranny and clutch plate assembly (3rd gear grind)
The dealer so kindly kept the car in the garage over night and then did this when I picked it up!!
Long story short, I am now also getting a new bumper cover...absolutely ripped about it, but I swear how the hell does this happen!!!

It's not letting my post pics to the server....ah well....
They ripped a 6 inch hole in the front bumper on the passeger's side corner in front of the tire. It happened while they were getting it off the lift. Idiots.

So your dealer was kind enough to replace all of that without issue, and on top of that you're getting a new (chip free) front bumper as well?
I'd say you did pretty well. Sure they'll have it for a few extra days, but come on.

1) No more front liscense plate
2) No more chips
3) And will probably install a clear bra
It's just irritating that the car is no longer the way it came from the factory. Having to hope for a good paint match and that the dealer lines everything up properly. No big deal, cause I can adjust it myself. But the car is no longer fitted like it was from the factory due to someone elses neglegance. Disappointing.

Looks like they lowered the lift with something under the car... you said it was in for tranny work? Could have been a workcart left under it in the blindspot of the lift operation point. One of the meatheads I work with almost did this the other day. Inex-fuckin-cusable.

They told me right away, which I appreciated. And after they explained what happened they said that they would take care of it when the car come back.
That's when I said, so what are "we" going to do to fix it. Inwhich he replies, we'll patch it up for you, it's not a big deal you can hardly see it. I was like, he didn't just say that.
That's when I asked them for a new bumper cover and they looked at me like I had to heads. But they got the point that that's what I wanted in order for them to fix it and that they f'd up. So they are ordering one for me.
ElBombastico, I'm with you...if they weren't going to replace it...but they cooperated after a short argument.
