Default 2005/2006 350z

When will the 2005's come out?

Do you expect any interior changes to be made to the 2005's?

Also is 2006 the year the 350Z will be redesigned?

They are going to redesign it to look like that picture in your AVTR!!! However, this redesign will not resolve the tire feathering.

2006 is the year they're going to use TWO RB26DETTs (yes, that's right, two of them) and of course they'll have to rename it to the 520Z.

EDIT: Sorry, it will be the 520ZTTTT.

Yeah we'll have a friend that knows a friend who works for Greddy, true story. Nissan gave them the test mule 520 so they could put a turbo kit together. They say the four turbos are no good for the dual engine application and are planning on mounting a single, huge, IHI Ball Bearing turbo on the roof to keep it cool and in the air flow and will use custom 8' piping to reach the engine that drives the front wheels and rear ones. Because of the piping you'll loose your curtain airbags but the piping will double as a roll cage.

I'd buy it if they could find a way to sheild the heat generated by the turbo. I'm pretty sure it would get hot in the passenger compartment but with two AC's running it should keep things cool. I've already asked them if they could make my pre order 520 a project car.

This is obviously not true because the 520 is already using TT engines. Duh!!
