Then please go fill out a comment form on this guy's website! I am sure he will bump up the importance of the 350Z ECU harness, if he sees a high demand for the unit.

Yup, less worrying about a soldering iron slipping in confined places and melting something it's not supposed to. Oh well.

I can't give you a date on when these will be available yet.
This harness is very different from any other that I've
looked into. It combines European engineering with Japanese
Aerospace engineering from what I've been told. I'm not
positive I will be able to work with the big ecu connector.
I'm sending an order in this weekend to request the parts to
see if it will be possible to build some prototypes to try
out.

neat so is this like a field harness so you dont have to splice the wires? i really hated having to hack up my harness for my safc2 install

 

aren't most ECU/electronic harnesses proprietary designs? the 350z ecu harness is freakin insane-

i've been trying to located plastic connectors for small projects..

i think its AMP that makes ALOT of automaker products..

Hey guys, this is Richard from Autosport Wiring, and I'm the one that is trying to gather up the parts to build a couple of prototypes to see if this product will work with the 350Z. Thanks for all of the emails, I believe I have responded to everyone. 2 have been repeatedly returned (Jesse and Seth at feedback@wsm.ezsitedesigner) as undeliverable.
This is going to take awhile to put together. I placed an order last weekend for the parts to build 2 harnesses to test. At this point some of them are on the way and others (the contacts) are not available in sufficent quantities to build even 1 harness. 3 different people at 2 different companies are working to try to get everything sent to me and they are usually successful, but some of these projects take longer than others. I have a feeling this one may take longer than usual.
I will try to make it out to meet a few of you at the Grapevine Hooters this Sat. I'll be in a silver EVO and wearing a bright yellow USPS Cycling cap to be easy to spot.
I don't mind keeping everyone updated here as long as it is ok with the forum moderators.

Richard: sounds awesome! thanks again for coming here and posting! I would definitely offer my car up for testing (since i am in dallas, also), along with 350trackz's.

I will be out there this weekend, but in an E46 M3.. i think you will be easier to spot

I stopped by the Grapevine Hooters earlier today for about an hour and was able (fortunate) to talk to Tim about his awesome twin turbo car. Very, very nice! He was able to clear up something that was going to make this project a headache, so I really appreciate his time today.
As of now I don't have any info on the pricing or availability of these parts, but the parts to build at least 1 prototype are on their way.

Assuming no differences in the harness between LHD and RHD cars I'll definitely be interested in one in the future.
