Bonz, ZB, I was hoping to hear from you two. You have been the most outspoken about getting the brickyard. Your glowing enthusiastic evaluations are heartening. I know a final decision cannot be made until I see the car/color in person but I needed some validation about 'that maroon color'. I know there are negative comments about the color but it seems mostly from those, like me, who have only the digital stills to evaluate (and boy have I been trying to evaluate them). Some just don't like brickyard who have seen it but that is also needed for a proper evaluation.
Thank you everyone who has participated in this thread. That is why we come here, to help out the other members with opinionated discussions. One other opinion:
Yankees and Diamondbacks gone. Yippee. If no Mariners then go Angels!

My 2 cents:
I ALMOST got brickyard, but chickened out at the last minute,
called my dealer and switched to silverstone, which I KNOW
I will love. (I've never seen brickyard and don't want to risk it.)
To me, the Lemans Sunset says "please look at me -- I crave
attention." I'll bet you would get just as much attention with
brickyard, but without looking like you're trying so hard!
(Just my opinion.)

There just isn't a nicer combination than Frost Leather and Brickyard. That Brickyard in the sun shows a Gold and Black Cheery combination that just "Glows"!!!!!!
I am a happy camper with this combination.
Pooh2, nice to meet you. Your going to injoy the hell out of that car. Every where you drive people will be slowing and giving thumbs up on your selection.

C Ray, I musta used your car in my explanation. I actually love your combination, but as much as I got goin on, I prabably thought that the lighter color interior might not be good for me, but I woulda liked havin it..

Boomer,
Don't worry about the pictures. I understand that things can get hectic out in the real world. Hope things calm down a bit for you soon. I saw the Brickyard/Frost combination at Tako's place Friday night. C Ray Z was there with his ride. Looks gorgeous. I have a good mental picture of the car and how the light interior adds to the class of the car. Hopefully this mental image will be replaced by the actual car in the next month or so.
Thanks again C Ray Z for giving me the tour of your car and for sharing your impressions of it. I'm sure we will see each other on the roads of San Mateo County - our cars will be living within 3 miles of each other.
