JD Power Survey
I just received a survey from JD Power and they were asking about my 350Z experience. I gave the Z great marks. Anyone else get one?
Also, I still haven't received the infamous survey from Nissan about rating my dealer experience. I took delivery on the car on 9/24/02 and it's been nearly a month. Anyone else get theirs yet and how long did it take to get after delivery?

Someone from Nissan also tried to call me a few days after I got the car, but he tried twice when I was out and gave up after that. I was always curious what the call was about and what they wanted to know. Can someone who got the call from Nissan give me some details on this to satisfy my curiosity? I really wanted to give them some feedback and was disappointed at missing the call.
(BTW I also got the JD power survey and gave the Z a "10" for overall satisfaction.)

I got a call (they left message) from NNA a couple of days after delivery. All they said was that I would be getting a survey in the mail, which I did about a week later.

Took delivery 8/24, got phone call from NNA and dealership about Nissan customer survey letter, which soon followed. JD Power survey came about two weeks ago. It was sent in with no complaints marked. I like this car!

I got a phone call from my dealer a couple of days after I took the car but I wasn't home to take it and I never did call them back. I wonder if this is why I never got the survey from Nissan about my dealer. Maybe I should call my dealer about it.

After having the car for some time now, are you guys still pleased? I just laid out a deposit Sat, but am a little apprehensive about things breaking. I realize new cars tend to have little things go wrong now and then, but how has your experience been thus far?

I had two calls from Nissan headquarters within 2 weeks after delivery. I also had a call or two from the dealer. In addition, I got another call from a fella who said he was my Nissan area rep. Very nice call and told me if I ever had any problems I could call him. About 3 weeks after delivery I received the questionaire, which was heavily weighted toward the like or dislike of what the dealer has done. It also had a small section for likes and dislikes on the car. I sent them a full letter on that subject...mostly likes but some suggestions for the future.

Just remembered that the JD Power survey (I haven't filled it out yet) came with a fresh, crisp brand new $1 dollar bill!! I'm off to buy me a new Z (Hot Wheels Nissan Z, item No 38, that is)!

I got the survery shortly after delivery. I also got a ton of calls from the dealer, along with a few letters. It's nice to get all the attention now, but I really wish they had cared BEFORE I got the car. They were very anxious to get all Excellents on the survey.
