10/1-10/3 Tail of the Dragon.....
Just interested in who all is going to make the trip. There will be at least a 3 Z car caravan making the trek up there from Columbia, SC. Should be entertaining to say the least

It's not too late to get in on this.
This is what is on our club website- not sure about room availability, so call now if you can make it.
Back to Fontana Village, NC to Conquer the Dragon!
Andy Morris, who set up ZDayZ at Tail of the Dragon, has helped set another Z gathering at Fontana Village in western North Carolina for the weekend of October 1-3 (Friday-Sunday). Fontana is about 240 miles from Nashville, just to the southeast of Knoxville.
This will be an informal gathering, with the objective to drive the roads, hang out and have FUN! There will not be a car show or any group dinners (maybe a cookout), but we will have plenty of time to enjoy our Zs, the beautiful area and the challenging roads that makes this trip so great.
If you did not go to ZDayZ, you MUST go !
For info on the Tail of the Dragon (an unbelievable 11 miles and 318 turns of fun!) see www.tailofthedragon.com
Andy has blocked ONLY 20 rooms, so make your plans now.
For reservations at the Fontana Village Resort at Fontana Dam, call 800-849-2258.
Their website is www.fontanavillage.com for accomodations, pictures and other information. They will be offering a discounted rate like last time, so make sure you mention that you are with the "Z car group" when you call. The NORMAL fall rates start at $79.
Everyone that went last time cannot wait to go back! Make sure you get in on this trip!

Its about a 4.5-5 hour drive from Nashville . . .the last 30 min of the drive make the first 4 hours worth it! Let me find out what time we are leaving and you can meet us at Crawford Z Car where the caravan always starts.
Oh yeah everyone remember to bring what ever you like to drink for the whole weekend because it is a dry county.

Lightning Guy (Bryan) will also be there. He'll be in a Lightning, but we won't hold that against him. Afterall, he did just win the burnout competition at the NOPI NATIONALS!!!
I'll be there if my car is ready. trying to get new rubber and breaks here in time for the drive.
