true.... but when u start puting the car handling to the test onthe track run vs track run then it starts to be more about the driver and a little less about just the car. quarter miles take more of the driver out of the equation and thats ideal when comparing just the cars

i'll bring the camera next time then. its really come down to grip with the vette. everytime he shift he looses grip and it not a stick so im shifting faster.

Let's be nice and say your HR with bolt-ons makes ~300rwhp. The 420rwhp Mustang should destroy you. The "modded" C6 Vette', driven by 9 out of 10 drivers, has enough power to recover from a little wheel spin. I understand - you love your car and you want goodness from your baller exhaust, but it doesn't always happen that way.
Maybe your car is a freak, but only a before and after-mods dyno would prove that.
BTW, what have you done to shed "~200lbs"? How did you quantify it? I'm aware of the ~60# from the rear - now tell me the rest.

one more thing... you guys r ruining the whole community that my350z.com is trying to put on here. we are all on this forum becase of one thing... the cars we drive. i would hope that when i get on the forum i would find friendly people with the same intrests.

i work at the biggest race shop in texas under hennessy so i know what im talking about. ask any master tech there about the races and they will say the same thing

370z's are butt *** ugly,and took that "True Track" car feel away IMO. The interior was made for girls. Who cares if 350z's are slower, they are sexy as hell. A true classic.

Probably not considering Nissan is cutting production on them. There won't be nearly as many 370z's sold as there were 350z's which means that they will hold their value better. At this point it's still hard to say for sure but it's a good chance that the 370z will not loose value like the 350z did.
