Was in my buddies Nismo and found a 370Z on the highway. We did a little go, nothing big or official, but I can tell you, the guy was a worse driver but his extra HP made up for it so he had a little pull. Put a better driver in and the HR loses hands down. I own an HR, and I'll give it up for the 370Z. It's faster.
Had no clue what car I was racing against, would've tried harder if I didn't think it was some random honda... I get it all the time from them.

Go on *******.com and they have all of the dynos you need lol most are making 285 stock and with intakes only are making 300+whp add another 30whp from the headers HFC and exhaust and you have 330whp on average and yes most are seeing 340whp like I said lol

i like how solo-350z doesn't even know basic addition and subtraction and how he keeps defending his precious "GOD" but refuses to show proof. just leave him in his fantasy world while the rest of us is here in reality

Like i said, i OWN a damn HR. I love the HR but i've lost to 3 different 370s on 3 different occasions. 370 is hands down a much better car minus the subjective looks. Interior is better, handling is better, chassis is better, power is better, tranny, every aspect of the car is better. I like my 350 better but it's a known fact that the 370 is a superior machine. Solo has like amazing persistency. He can take over the world if he wanted to it seems.

Oh and the touring package on the 370 does not add 100 lbs Solo. Repeating what i said and other have said as well, I prefer my 350z over 370 but not for the reasons that arise from the inferior complex. I just like it better - but i've come to give credit to where it's due.

The 370z also got more crash safety stuff which is why it gained the weight back. Again my NISMO weighed 3324 with 3/4 of a tank of gas left and everything in the car. That car weighed 3323 with a full tank and was a base sport model.
Facts are facts. It doesn't weigh less and doesn't weigh more.
I am going by actual weighs of the cars that were weighed. And that is straight up accurate numbers that you can't deny.

Guys, I think we all had enough of SOLO's flames and hate so I'm going to put an end to this using SOLO's OWN words. Found here, quoted at the bottom of this post.
Ok guys, lets do some BASIC math:
350Z gas capacity = 20 gal.
1 gal = about 6 lb.
6 lb per gal x 20 gal = 120 lb
SOLO, your car weighed in at 3385 lb with "less than 1/4 tank". Lets say he's at 4 gal. Gas required for full tank = 16 gal.
4 gal = 24 lb
20 gal - 4 gal = 16 gal = 96 lb
Lets say your "Z" tube and k&n drop in added a 1 lb difference total (weight of after market parts - OEM part weights).
Total weight = 3385 lb + 96 lb - 1 lb = 3480 lb
So therefore, by your own words your 07 NISMO weighed in at 3480 lb while Forged Performance's 370Z with sports packaged weighted in at 3323 lb, if you deduct the sports package weight of about 46 lb, then the base 370Z weighs in at around...*Drum roll please*...3277 lb
OMFG that's over a 200 LB DIFFERENCE!
Therefore, if you think logically now:
332 hp (VQ37VHR) > 306 hp (VQ35HR)
3277 lb (370Z base model) < 3480 lb (your 350Z NISMO)
GOD < Your Ignorance
So YOU tell me my math is wrong

*Edit: no offense to any of you other computer/software engineers out there

Went to the track last night, couldn't beat my best in the trap time, but the trap speed has increased.
My last time the conditions were 40 degrees, and no humudity. With the car only having 1900 miles. I got 14.32 at 97.6 mph, 2.196 60ft~.
This time the condtions were 80 degrees~, 70%~ humidity.
14.3735 at 98.08 mph 2.1669 60ft
14.4698 at 98.79 mph 2.2032 60ft.
Links to the rest of the timeslips are here.
The laucnh and the car just either spins or bogs, I could not find the right point to get her to work well still.
Only mods are Z-tube and K&N drop in. Car weighed in at 3360 without spare, before with spare the first time at the track I went I had a full load it weighed in at 3385. Both times were less than 1/4 tank of gas of 93 octane.

follow theintimmydator experiences and just enjoy the car you have and not hate the new Z
cuz you know, i could say the same thing about the 350z's body how it's like a copy of the 7 gen celica's, but that's just way far out there, kinda like your ignorance.

1 lb difference. Now my car suppose to weigh 3350~. The 370z per Forged was 3323 for a base with sport. Put a touring that puts it heavier than my car. Put a base 350z or enthusiast it is lighter than the 370z.
