if you can sleep at night, and not have to worry about making the extra payment, then i'd say go for it. If you are not economically firm right now, i'd hold off

You may have a point there. I was at the dealership last week to have the underside of my car cleaned after it was nearly flooded by one of our freak T-storms. It had all sorts of mulch, leaves, sticks, and what not packed into the nooks and crannies.

While waiting, I looked at the 370's on the lot and they were all between $40 - 44K in price. The roadster had a completely different wheel than the hard tops. I still can't get over how the cars look so huge.

It's a substanial upgrade. My girlfriend has an 03 Perfomance Z33 and compared to my 09 Z34 it is a world of difference... to be fair, mine is a Nismo though...

i would spend less money and mod the 350. I would add an exhaust, intakes, test pipes (or HFC), tune and call it a day.

It will make you fall in love with the car again and be happy you don't have a car payment

Ok guys, got a whole different senario, but have been looking at upgrading (if that's what ya call it) from the 350z to 370z. I have an 04 350 with 68,000 miles, rims, a few mods. So my dad recently mentioned he was going to upgrade from his 04 Lexus LS430 to probably the LS460 I think it is. Great looking luxury car, 60,000 miles or so, sport package I think its called on there. Now I was thinking, keep my Z and buy his as a daily driver, or sell my Z, get a 370, Vette, or a Camaro SS. Any thoughts? I cant decide what to do. Oh yeah, the only thing about adding more mods than I have now is it's an automatic, would that keep ya from holding onto it and turning it into a weekend, street car?

I dropped by the dealer to buy couple oil filters and got a chance to test drive the new 370Z. Personally, I like the my 350Z Track better, the ride of the newer Z is bit softer. On the other hand, 370Z Nismo is pretty cool.

No need to think about out, if you can afford to do it now then DO IT! I plan on doing so as soon as my funds are in line.

I saw someone mention doing full bolt on's and a tune instead of upgrading but it's about more than straight line speed, overall it's just a better car. Don't get me wrong I'll love my 03 forever but the 370z fuggin rocks.
