So Vo is the one representing? One of his sponsors imported Performance is building a wicked TA 350z right now...wish they could use that. Vo's got a really nice show Z, I'm surprised he wants to put it through this.

 

My sentiments exactly. His is really pretty, and the track is usually pretty rough on cars. Clip a cone, and that pristine paint job is GONE! (Know that first-hand)

 

This is the most exciting thing that has happened here since carbon fiber.

 

Apples & oranges... P&K would have given your 5.oh a run fo sho.

Maybe a vendor/sponsor should get with Vo and "hook" his car up. He's going to need something to compete with that 5.0.

 

I personally wouldn't want anyone slapping parts on my Z just to compete in something obviously slanted. Stogey gave 3 suggestions, 2 of which I know personally would be a race. There's something we aren't seeing & it's going to be a big eye roller.

I figured it would be fun. There's only going to be the other car and my car out there. The only abuse that'll happen is maybe I'll lose a layer of rubber...

 

Not that it counts for much anymore, but P&K has/had my vote. Nothing personal VO and she IS a pretty ride. It's just that P&K has been making his car less of a DD and more and more a track queen over the past few months. It fun watching him hang with (and pass up) the vettes and 5.0s that run at MSR. Either way: 350Z all the way!

 

Yeah, nothing against you VAL but PK's car would definitely give the Mustang more of a challenge. However, if it comes to looks then Val's car wins hands down!

 

I hope so man! Ya it will for sure be fun, but as much as I love ur Z, u gonna get destroyed by a 5.0. I see FI as the only way we can compete against a 5.0, but I'm not sure of the rules if they will allow that. Not trying to be negative here, but I'm sure u feel me on this.

Either way, I'll be out there to support ya and the forum.

this is going to be funny. last year they really pushed people to talk **** to one another and boast superiority, but it looks like neither side here is really the **** talking type. I hope they don't try to force it on you guys
