A quick search would have found it.

Anyways, you need resistors.

I can't say for sure since I haven't done them on a customer's car yet. This has been discussed several times though, that is why no one is responding. search LED or something similar.

You are going to need some load resistors. Then you just splice the wiring and hook them up to your wiring on the lights(turn wire to one side and ground to the other side of the resistor).

Two 3ohm load resistors should do the trick one on each side. Careful where you mount them, they do get hot. I have these on my 02 pathfinder for the front since I cleared the front lenses. No problems in 2 yrs.

Edit:http://superlumination.com/images/leds/installation.jpg heres a diagram of what I was explaining.

Just put one on each side. You can do both of them on the front or rear your choice. Just dont have them on the same side (drivers front and drivers rear).

You can buy the resistors through website I listed above. Just type in superlumination.com and look for the load resistors. With those you dont buy anything else just lay the two wires together and clamp them down and they have mounting holes as well.

I just jb weld those things to the inside of the headlight housing(pathfinder). I dont know where you can mount them on the z, cant help you out there sorry.

Just for future reference, the reason you didn't get a lot of replies is because this thread should have been posted in this section under Modifications > Body, Interior, Exterior & Lighting

https://my350z.com/forum/exterior-and-interior-51/

You posted in the 350Z > roadster section where most of the info there is generic talk about roadsters not about LED modifications.

I put red LED's as my turn signals as well. I like the fact that they blink fast. Kinda racer style. The only issue is, on a bright sunny day, you can't see the turn signal very well. At night, they look awesome.
