The glass is flowing

Hi guys!
Help please who know.
I have a problem with a side window on roadster. The glass is flowing between glass run-body.
It is a problem in glass run-body or in window?

I believe he means that his window is not staying up is what I am guessing. Motor issue or the failure of the mechanism.
