PICS FINALLY OUT!!!!
You guys are crazy. This car is ****ing hot. Looks WAYYYYY better than a stock 350Z. Not to mention it is lighter and more powerful. Can't wait to see one with aftermarket wheels and removed amber in the headlights. The interior is so much better looking. I hate the inside door panels on the 350Zs and why does only the passenger side get the aluminium grip bar? People always would ask if my side broke off
Its ok. Like the interior alot. Looks like a really modern 280z. Almost like the current 350's should have came out after this one. Can't wait to see it in person to make my final judgement.
I like the 370Z the more I see it the more I like it. I'm sure after I drive it I'll be struck and I will want one. I really like my 05 Touring 350Z and think its a hell of a Sports Car. Imagine 330-340hp better handling, brakes and shifting not bad interior I want one.
The 370Z Rocks!!!
The 370Z Rocks!!!
Ill probably buy one in 4 years after they increase the HP and refine engine. LOL!
But I must admit I dont like the humps in the headlights and tail lights. looks pretty stupid. I dont like how the lines are broken in the hatchback with that faux spoiler. I also dont like the inverted flare at the back of the side skirt and the flares are weird on the bottom sides of the front bumper. why cant it just be straight and clean. damn nissan.
boomerang lamps are cons too.
are there side humps on the hood like the g37? if so, thats a con con con.
pros are the interior, the signal lamp is embedded in the rear main tail light assembly, and door handles. the instrument panel is gorgeous.
im pretty sure nissan will rework the bumper. my 07 and 08 grills are the best.
350z owners, just wait if you can. it will get better. if you dont have a 350Z then go for it. after all, its still a Z

I think it looks great! There are a few things I could complain about, but whatever, it's not like they are going to change it for me.
I am almost certain I will buy one of these, but not soon.
Before I bought my '08 Z, I considered waiting for the 370. Mostly because I feel like Nissan always needs 1 - 3 years to "get it right" when they bring out a new car.
Seeing the photos, I think it looks even better than I thought it did a few weeks ago, but I still don't regret my choice. And that is not because I don't like the 370Z, but because my 350Z is still a 350Z.
In other words, to me this car takes nothing away from the 350Z, unless you're one of those fools who always has to be seen in the latest & greatest "cool car" or who thinks that a few less .10's in the 1/4 mile is a good justification to spend $35K on a new car.

Wait till you get a load of the Nismo front lol....Only question is if it will be look like the same species of fish as the normal 370z
Other cars are inspired by scary sea monsters like Sharks, baracudas, Stingrays...Nissan was inspired by a Catfish which is a bottom feeder
wow. i just found out about the new Z... wow, i do not like it.
now it is a really wanna be porsche (rear end) with the body of a bmw Z5...
and those headlights...
they should be for like the new tiburon.

they killed a beautiful car, this 370z in my opinion is a piece of **** i love the interior aside from the stearing wheel, the exterior is just ugly... why did they have to go with the maxima style lights and the overall look of the car is just wack... i'm definately sticking with my 07 350z
Totally agree with Savvy, the rest of you guys are crazy, this car looks awesome (a word over used by some but appropriate here). Most people have no visualization skills and only see a side of the car when viewed in a 2D plane . This means that even upon seeing the four sides, they cannot visualize those four sides in the round. This becomes evident when most note that they usually change thier minds when seen in the flesh.
Leave it it to Nissan to come up with unique head and tail light styles and to skillfully tie them into the the body panels lines. The updating of the rear window at the passenger doors to the GTR configuration gives the car a total different look. The kicked up rear of the (GTR) window has necessitated the relocation of the horiziontal hatchline body panel. That body panel line has been moved up to follow the roof line and then skillfully returned at the rear tail light to close out the rear bumper panels. The rear tail light that looks like a boomarang really sweeps horizonally around to the side as well as sweeping up towards the front like the 350, sort of like tieing side reflectors into the tail light.
It's all about the flow and fitting together of the body panel lines and when you see the vehicle for real, it will look like liquid fluid in motion.
This machine is tight

Whats wrong with looking like a Porsche? Whici is what most people think the 350Z looks most like. Having Z3 traits and Porsche flared wheel wells is not bad from where I see things. Its not a 350Z and once you drive it you will know and feel the difference, I'm sure.
I'm saving my Pennies and soon it will be mines. Love the GTR but that's wishiing and dreaming.

From a website, its about a NISMO but you get the point in the last sentence:
" No technical details just yet, or confirmation or where/when/if it will be sold - but just like the stock Nissan 370Z, it's a bit of a looker."
Very few think the 370Z looks bad or even average. Most think it looks great. Seems to be only in this site. Strange.

The ones who think the car is ugly are only saying that because they are stuck with a 350Z and not the new 370, or they JUST bought a 08 350Z not knowing the 370 would be released shortly after.
