The tires 28''x16''x11.5'' I'm not sure on the wheel offset/width

These aren't the permanent wheels and tires for this car, just some temp ones we're using for testing

I agree 100% boosted cars shouldn't use correction at all....except maybe when you get to the point the turbo is done.

From my last post "(There's no torque curve because our tach is messed up, it looks like a seisomograph when it's on pegging 1800tq lol)" If your tach is messed up you can't read in RPM you have to dyno in Speed only.

Video of the 906WHP Run
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_FcPw3ENvA

That was a run on friday, with a set of 19'' iForged wheels and 305 series tires.

Especially after the VRT disaster, you have alot of community members who need more than a video to make them believers of claims like these.

Disclaimer: I have never done business with these guys, nor do I even know any of them.

What's to be "skeptical" about? The fact that a 76s is making over 900RWHP? (that's been done more times than I care to count on other platforms). Is it that a well built, well tuned 3.5 liter engine is making those numbers effortlessly, when everyone else is struggling to get 800??? THis is what happens when people who know what they are doing get involved. As he stated, this isn't rocket science, they have been doing this for nearly a decade.

i LOVE people pushing the limits and finding out new things. thats is what our shop along with many many others have been doing for years. people are just skeptical about you making 300 more whp than anyone else, on a unsleeved block that has been proven to crack at 650-750 on a tranny that breaks at 650-750 with a clutch rated at 580 tq...

thats it. 900 with a bad driver should easily trap 145-150. thats what we want to see.

Well, those are certainly some sweet looking graphs. I'll applaud you for what you're doing with this kit. I personally promised multiple times in the past that once people started building big single kits for this car we'd see the full potential for big power setups. While I'm not personally looking for 900whp, it's good to see that someone's trying to offer a hardcore solution for those that are.

However, I'm not going to start praising too much just yet. The true test is getting this thing in the hands of the consumer and to get third party results and feedback...

Also-

I'm going to actually agree entirely with what's being said about the 350z FI aftermarket, and it's "evolution". This weekend at PRI I was talking with some Supra owners, and they were laughing at Z's not because of the car but because of the mindset of their owners and community. And interestingly enough, I agreed with them. I think the biggest thing holding the advance of big power VQ market is the marketing of the shops and manfacturers themselves. People on this forum are being preached to day in and day out that a twin turbo setup is the ONLY way to make power, and that $30,000 overkill 500whp builds are the way to go. Pretty soon they believe it as truth and their followers downplay anyone that says otherwise. They're obviously not.

Maybe now that single turbos setups are showing their muscle people will take the time to actually read up for themselves as to exactly why they're preferred for high power setups.

Before we begin building this engine I snapped a few pictures for you all. We're using the information we've gathered from our engine building programs that have supported upwards of 1500whp in our Drag Supra, and many other customer vehicles!
This is what will be used in Jorge's motor build and now it's up to PowerLab for the performance aspect of it. We might be using a turbo similar to what we've tested on our G35 or maybe something bigger That's yet to come and once it's all finalized I'm sure Jorge will be pleased to share it with you all...

Specs:
- Intense Motorsports Custom H-Beam Chromoly rod rated to 300HP & 9000RPM Each
- Intense Motorsports 8.5:1 Heavy Deck Low Ring Land w/ HD Wrist Pin (Same design used in our supras)
- Intense Motorsports Billet Mains
- Intense Motorsports Girdle
- Supertech Double Valve Springs
- Supertech Nitride coated Stainless Intake Valves
- Supertech Inconel Exhaust Valves
- Supertech Titanium Retainers
- Intense Motorsports Prep'd head
- Tomei 280 Cams

Who makes your Rods and Pistons? I'd like to know so I can just buy them from them instead of you and save $1.99 even though you guys did all of the R&D.

I figured I'd ask first because you know someone else will and they will be serious!!

Thanks we appreciate it, and applaud your efforts/outcomes in being a pioneer for the future performance of the VQ35DE Market. And that goes to all shops that do the same, there are parts that are available that most car enthusiasts could only dream about.

With this whole R&D w/ powerlab we're doing our part to make sure that these kits will be kickass, I've seen alot of estimations and claims of what other turbo kits could do, however no one has actually done the testing to verify it. Once PowerLab is finished with their first wave of manufacturing they will need good quality shops distributing these products (thats where shops like intense, yourself, forged, SP etc all come into play)
