I have a Kenwood DDX7015 and I want to know with this HU, whats the best way to go for the best quality sound @ $1500.00 total. I purchased this HU for $899.00 but I want the total setup to be no more than $1500.00 . Reason being I have only $600 left to spend as a gift for this area of my ride. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

You don't think a quality stereo can be had with $1500 total cost? There's got to be some components out there that provide a better sound quality than the Bose system installed for 1500 bucks.
You can get a good setup for $1500, problem is you spent more than half already on a head unit. You still need two amps, components, sub, sub-box, wiring/rca's, and dampener/sound-proofing.
I spent about $1600 per the post below. But, I agree, you over-spent on the HU. Speakers, woofer, & amp of decent quality will run you $700-$800 plus installation unless you install yourself.

I over spent on the HU, Ok..so, in order to get quality sound to compliment the Kenwood DDX7015 what would be suggested? As in what type of amp. what type of speakers? Sounds like I'll have to beg for more ca$h.

Last christmas bought some small stuff to improve the sound quality and it was within what you want to spend BUT its just not top of the line stuff. I bought some Polk Speakers from Circuit city that sound great for about $65 (there was a special if you bought 2 pairs you'd get half off so my friend and i both bought a pair). I replaced the rear 6.5s with those and had them wired to the factory HU. The sound was a whole lot better, but not perfect. I got a JL 10w6ae sub and a JL 250/1 amp for about $450 total and then bought an install kit for like $40, and abox for about $100. I used ebay of course for all this stuff to get good prices. I ended up selling all the JL stuff because i didnt like the way the box fit, the sub was too big for it and i didnt want to throw down $500 on a custom enclosure. So i sold it for basically what i bought it for, bought an Infinity basslink "T" (its 3 10s in a low profile box, self powered by an amp, runs at 250 watts rms. It was cool for a while but i didnt like how it took up so much room in my trunk. It was only like $350 shipped i think. Thats my story...
Edit: oh yeah 2 nights ago i grabbed one of my amps i had laying around in the garage, its like a 175x4 channels and wired those polks to it. They sound tremendously better but get really loud really fast.

I would recommend starting out with a good base that you can build and improve upon later. For instance, run amp/speaker wiring (4g/8g and 16g) that will handle future upgrades. If I was in your shoes I would get: 1) set of Diamond Audio component 600s, Good quality 250W 2 channel amp. Adding price of wiring/RCAs/dynamat this can be had for $600 of E-bay. In future install second amp, sub & box (another $600 for all this if you build the box) and you will be all set.
