Ohm light coming on JL amp

Ok for the past couple days I have been dynamatting the rear and the hatch of the Z which requires disassembling everything back there including a lot of the stereo and the wires getting shuffled around. I put everything back together today and when I cranked the stereo back on one of the channels on my JL 300/2 amp wasnt working and the ohm light keeps flashing. I have this amp going to my front highs. To make sure it wasnt the amp I switched my amps around and that one worked perfect on my sub and the amp that was on my sub I put on my highs and it did the same thing to that amp. My guess is that it has to be something with the wiring. Hope someone might know what is causing this. Thanks for any help

perhaps one of the speaker leds to the doors is grounded
Yah sounds like it's shorting out somewhere.
Check the terminals at the amp to see if any stray (fine) wires are touching either the amp chassis, other terminals or the car body. If alls well at the amp, check the same at the effected speaker(s).
If neither above helps, check along the wires to see if the sharp interior panels may have frayed the wire letting it touch metal.
Back in the day, when I worked at a local car-audio shop...I guy bought a Clarion cd changer from us, which he decided to "install" himself. THe next day he comes back and says it won't work and must be defective. Turns out, when he was putting the door sill trim back in his truck... a screw that holds the sill down cut the changer's wire in half.
The replacement wire was more than we would have charged him for the entire install.
Good luck.
