Default Audison Connection (Elettromedia Corp)

Anyone know wher I can source audio/power cables manufactured by Audison Connection?? These are manufactured in Italy and are sold through a limited number of distributors.

Check their site... http://www.connectionaudison.com/home.htm

I saw a sample of their power supply cable and was very impressed with the specs -- more flexible and heat resistant than competitor's products

Thanks!!

Knuconcepts uses very similar quality cables in thier new Kolossus line. Heavy, flexible and with a nice jacket.

Why .. its a conductor

I'll bet you $46,349.72 that you or any machine could not consistently tell the difference between a properly shielded conductor and any audison cable you can find.

I was more impressed with Audison cable jacketing -- it is teflon coated for heat resistance -- you can apply as much heat as you need to solder on a terminal spade without discoloring the jacket... and it had a tighter bend radius than the competitor I looked at.

I'm not familair with Knuconcepts so I can't comment further on that brand.

Thanks for the feedback so far... anyone know who carries the Audison products??

Google is your friend, here's what I found on page one of the search results:

http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/pro...acturers_id=83

It looks like they are based in England, but the website had a US Dollar conversion feature, so they most likely will sell and ship to the US.

Just my POV....... looking at this stuff, and yeah, it's nice looking and some of their distribution blocks are nice and different looking. However, I think you will get more for your money by going with Stinger (my personal favorite) or Lightning Audio power/ground wiring. Unless you are building a show system and want the look and will have a lot of exposed wire all neatly routed in interesting patterns.

I found a supplier in my province, but I was hoping to find a US supplier since most local shops charge premium prices.. and I can have shipped to my bro-in-law to save on duties.

Thanks for the alternate recommendations -- I'l have to see what I can find on Stinger and Lightning Audio... both local and on the web.

Yeah... I know... eBay -- only problem is that I see that shipping costs are rising (inflated) and usually I need to ask to negotiate shipping costs.

One item I bid on sold for $50... shipping was going to be $25 to US and $35 to Canada --yikes!!

Thanks for your input
