I used FatMat - asphalt smell which was gone in a couple of weeks. Nothing has fallen off that I've noticed but I haven't peeled off the interior again to double check everything. I have been inside the subwoofer compartment a few times to adjust my amplifiers and none of the stuff has fallen off in there. It gets a bit hot here and the Super Black color doesn't help. About the coldest it gets is in the mid-30's to low-40's but the car sleeps indoors so I really have no cold weather experence with the stuff.

I've been using fatmat for the past several years in my installs, and for the price, nothing can beat it. It's not a pure asphalt product, it is an asphalt/rubber compund, so the smell is not too overwhelming and goes away quickly. This is also why it does not "run" in hot weather like most other asphalt products do.
