Default V1 Hardwire mount 2007

bunch of questions

- do you have to cut the tip of the red wire in order to connect to the fusebox?
- I've heard you get false laser alert at WOT, when you splice the mirror wire for power (for turbos?)
- i can't find half the cool threads about stealth installs and such and everything else is from 2003.. help me find some links.. such is coming up with a lot of junk.
- that mike dude still sells the bracket?

thanks.

For hardwiring, see: Invisicord

I've never gotten a false laser because of WOT, but I don't have turbo. What would cause this?

I do get lasers when I pass fire trucks or ambulances with their flashers on (I think they did that on purpose?), and very rarely when behind one of those cars/SUVs with a tail light that uses a laser or something. And of course when the copper is shooting laser

Yea if you've done electronics/wiring before it's probably easy. But the invisicord is just so cheap (like $20 or something), I just bought it.

^ is inviscord your site or something? you've advertised it like a hundred times in every detector install thread... here and at other sites. anyways, I ended up getting the 'Mike's Mount' and invisicord, as there were few members that said it worked pretty well.

Heh no it's not my site, and I don't know whoever runs it, but when I find a good product I do like to spread the word, especially if it can help other folks. Sorry if it annoys you.
