06' 350z NAV
Ok guys. There seems to be alot of confusion with the NAV Pocket when it comes to 06 models. So hopefully we can get some concrete info here for all.. Especially since im putting a touchscreen in soon..
My understanding is there are 3 different cubbys that came on the 06..
1) Storage Cuby wo/ NAV
2) Open NAV wo/ DOOR
3) Motorized NAV w/ DOOR
Have i got that right? Is there a manual door with NAV also?
Seems us 06' guys have a harder time installing a screen.

Manufacturers do not offer two options from the factory for something this trivial; they would have to be VERY silly to do so, and Nissan isn't silly.

I see where the confusion is coming from. Courtesy offers many parts that are standard in certain international markets but not here; that could be one of them. I own an '06 with Nav and have seen many others; even NNA site will show you a doorless nav in their interior shots so the idea of two types being available simultaneously for the same model year ('06) is frivilous. Now it could be that they went back to the door system with the '07 year as I haven't seen any '07 nav-equipped Zs...

This is the kind of info im trying to compile. So if us NA's want a NAV mount with door, we know theres one available.
