Will the Metra harness 70-7550 work for the 07 models? All the sites I see have it listed as 03-05.

Also, will this harness also work with the AVIC-Z2?

i'm getting a screen that says "inproper connection of the ebrake, check your wires " or some crap like that at every start up. I haven't even tried if my dvd works like it should. I followed teh guide. Is this normal?

**edit* i think i forgot to ground the yellow mute wire after relocating it on the harness. I'm going to try this tomorrow.

NOOOOOOOO! dont cut anything!!.

leave it where it is. peel the insulation a little on the VSS and solder the wire from the head unit to it. or get one of those little plastic things designed to tap into wires from radioshack.

these are NOT the actual wires but the idea is to get something like this.<img src="http://workmanship.nasa.gov/lib/insp/2%20books/links/sections/graphics/616/616-03.gif">

For those looking for an ellaborate D3 video bypass, avic411.com has step-by-step instructions on how to perform that bypass.
