Default Aftermarket GPS Navigation system for a 2004 350Z Roadster

Help! I want to purchase a GPS Navigation system for my Z that will fit into the existing space. I would like it to be portable as well. Will a Tom-Tom or Garmin fit and work?
Thanks,
Tom from MI

The Garmin Street Pilot 2720 fit well when I had it there as well as the Garmin Nuvi 650.

I've had a Garmin 330 for a while now and love it because I can take it out and use it in other vehicles.

^^ The versatility of a removable GPS is a great feature.

But, the maps and info displayed on a 7" monitor is awesome.

Get the best of both worlds,,,,,Alpine W-200,,,,Alpine Blackbird,,,,,and Alpine docking station. You have Nav on the big screen,,,pop the blackbird out of dock and its portable.

You can also buy the the new Alpine W-205 with the Blackbird II,,,,but the prices for both pieces are kinda steep, You can pick up a W-200, Orig. Blackbird, and the docking station for really cheap now. Prices keep dropping.
