Sure, I have one on my Sony Cd/mp3 player, you just need to get a mini plug cable. Mine luckily fits both of my phones and the 30 Gig Zune. Cable cost $6.99 at Radioshack, you may find 1 for less in your area.

Ditch the stock stereo, best move you will use daily.

http://www.pac-audio.com/

Part Number: AAI-NIS2
The AAI-NIS2 works with XM/Sirius Satellite ready Infiniti and Nissan factory radios. It allows audio from devices like Apple's iPod™, VCP, MP3 players, Portable CD players, DVD players or aftermarket satellite receivers to play through the stock stereo system. It has two auxiliary inputs which are selected by the SAT/Radio button on face of radio. The AAI-NIS2 Utilizes the steering wheel or radio buttons to send out commands to PAC's optional SWI-X which can be used to control an MP3 player, DVD, VCP or most devices that use an infrared remote. The AAI-NIS2 also comes with negative remote output which can be used to turn on devices when ever the radio is in Aux1 mode.
Plugs in at back of radio only.
The SWI-X output is not supported with vehicles with PRESET ABC buttons.
Vehicles with PRESET ABC will lose Preset 1 and 2 in PRESET B if used to store XM channels. XM and AM/FM will work normally if stored in presets 3-6. Preset A and C will work normally.
Compatible Vehicles:
2003-2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe Only
2003-2006 Infiniti G35 Sedan Only
2003-2007 Infiniti FX35 / FX45

Damn theyre so expensive though.

Im looking for something under $10... (( http://www.amazon.com/Auxiliary-Ster.../dp/B000V2A3YK )) <--- like this one... Isnt there something MORE easy to use and CHEAPER? Also, I have a base trim, so it doesnt have XM/Sirius Satellite

EDIT: BTW THX A LOT JASON FOR THE PM, I JUST SAW IT

either get a monster audio car cable (at the apple store/walmart/radioshack) its about $80 and plugs into the 12v port and charges your ipod. it has to be on a specific channel to make the music play. or just get an aftermarket stereo with an aux plug already in it. the connector is only $10, but the z doesnt have one on the factory units (at least from 03-05)

But i think the sound quality through radio will never be as good as cd player quality.
