Default Any expereince with the Mark Levinson systems?

I was looking at getting a larger car, maybe the IS350 or something similiar. I have heard excellent reviews of the ML system, but was wondering what the pros like Bing, Nazar, and 360spl have to say about it? I currently am running Polk SR6500's, Alpine IWA200, JL 450/4, and a DLS mono amp to a SR12DVC sub from Polk. I was wondering if I should tear up the new car and reinstall everything or maybe just do a CleanSweep or RF unit to add the sub, but keep all the factory controls and system. I heard the 335i is a pain in the *** to put a system in too. Any experience with those makes would be appreciated.

The only factory stereo I've heard in any car that I wouldn't need to replace was in a buddy's Rolls Royce Phantom.

Considering your system absolutely, but mine is not nearly as high end. I haven't dealt with high end cars, and have only "heard" (right or wrong) that some of them are fairly decent (mainly the Mark Levinson and the Acura TL with DTS and DVD-A) and are more of a pain to yank out and replace. I hate paying for stuff I am going to rip out and am debating on selling my current parts or carrying them to the next vehicle.

I'll just have to take a test drive and then a listen drive. lol

Probably have to start fetching some quotes for installing my stuff in one of those vehicles as well.

The Mark Levinson is OK. But it's pretty damn expensive for just OK. If it was a $800 option, then yeah. But you can do a lot better aftermarket for the same amount of cash.

Though it does sound pretty nice in the new LS.
