A 12" inch sub is hard find room for in a Z, and custom enclosure might be you only way...

Get a 10" sub with understrut 10" ZEnclosure and you're set....

350zspl will chime in on this i'm sure, he is the 12" guru if pure SPL is what you are after. I would listen to what he has to say. He may even offer a setup that will fit your needs perfectly.

Well i already have a type r 12" and my budget for a box would
be around $250. All a wantreally is for the box to fit.

if you want to keep your spare, your gonna need to construct enclosure sub up , ports back

you got like 17-18 inches in depth
you got like 26-30 inches in width
you need 7 5/8" for mounting depth plus 1.5" for mdf , plus 1 " space from sub frame to enclosure floor so minimum height needs to be 10.5 to 11 inches

go measure your hatches height
