Default Replaced Z-Enclosure stuff....

Well after the Z-enclosure amp rack dangerously came loose after I slammed on the brakes one day...I decided to ditch the whole rig and go for a spare-tire install. Spent the last handfull of days in the garage w' the the 2 elemental design amps and 2 w6v2's and came up w/ this....its def doesn't strike a cord of professional craftsmanship - but it aint movin at all. and i don't have to pound the old z-enclosure box back into place after I launch a few times. It sounds pretty good too. I layed down 2 layers of E-dead underneath 1 layer of dynamat...built a new box and amp rack w/ a temporary plexi cover.

I think that it looks nice! Some clearer pics would be nice so we can see exactly what you have going on there.

i use a zen amp rack as well

my holes that are drilled and grommeted have 8 runs of 1/0 awg

they would not let rack launch in an evasive manuever

Thanks...it was the z-enclosure amp rack that goes on top of their box. Plus its better this way cause I don't hear the amp's fans right behind my ears. New camera is in the works.

The best part about it now is that I can lay the stock carpet back on top and I have a trunk back...Alot of other members threads proved to be very helpful in what otherwise could have bee a nightmare project.
