People reading this understandably ask how that could happen. I will just mention that is not unusual for surgical patients to leave the OR with a clamp or forceps left inside the operating site. Nobody is perfect…Right?
Sound deadening alone is not going to get rid of that road noise your looking for. If you want to get rid of that road noise your gonna have to put a luxury liner mat in there for best results.
I used dynamat along with another foam material on top and I didn't notice any difference at all. In my opinion from my experience it wasn't worth it at all.

I did mine to prep for a future stereo install and was hoping for some significant improvement in road noise. It's just enough to be noticeable, but not anywhere near significant.
