BOSE system weight?
Is there anyone that have removed their BOSE stereo and weight it?
Or have it laying around and can weight it?
The whole thing, player, speakers, amp, subwoofer.

The whole point is to see how light i can get a mutch better system for.
A good but light soundsystem to have in a racecar =)
So i wanted to know what goal i have to make / the OEM system weight

You'd be better off squeezing a turd into the bowl before you drive. Swapping out a bose system for any other aftermarket system isn't going to save you squat. The Bose speakers are practically made out of cardboard.
Anyways, all the speakers, brackets, and amps weight 16 pounds.
Head unit weighs 8.
24 pounds total.

Pierre... Your premise is faulty.
One reason the Bose in the Z sounds poorly is that the components a light weight (no pun intended). You will more than double the weight by replacing with components providing decent sound.
You might want to rethink this.

^^ 24 pounds is accurate.
H/U: 7 lbs
Front speakers (2): 2 lbs
Rear speakers (2): 2 lbs
SubW (1): 5 lbs
Amps (external and SubW): 5 lbs
Wiring and Connections: 3 lbs
A similar replacement with good components can easily be 2 to 3x’s this weight.
I think you should just keep your OEM Bose installation.

What the hell is this guy talking about then?!

^^ Does he not say: "When I purchased the car in January of 2010 I knew a few things. The stereo in the car was aftermarket, and so were the two 10” subs in the back of the car.”
Wasn’t your question:
How is your question related to the post you reference?

There was a thread here on the forum where he said it weight 100lbs. But it was most likely the same thing there.. He was talking about an aftermarket stereo.
My main problem is just that the BOSE player wont work becuse my car is so stiff.
CD player is useless.. The speakers is kind of ok.
^^ I assume you have the OEM Bose system in your 350z. That system is designed as an inexpensive light weight CES not meant for people looking for middle to high-end sound.
If you primarily track your car, you probably do not want the weight you add with a better audio system.
You need to make a decision here. The tradeoff is better sound that costs more weight.

If the sound is OK for you as is, just swap out the headunit. You can improve the sound quite a bit just by swapping it out. It wont be as nice as a complete aftermarket system, but if the sound is OK for you now, you may be surprised the difference a quality headunit will make.
The Bose headunit won't work because it's junk, not because "your car is stiff". A good majority of people here have had their factory head unit crap out on them. Whether it's the cd player skipping, not playing at all, or whatever it is, it's not a vehicle specific issue.

Does anything worj with the BOSE system?
I can remember that some of the guys (here in sweden) had problem with getting the BOSE amp to work with another brand player
Connect a Pac Roem NIS2 in between the harness and the head unit and you'll be able to use any head unit on the market problem free.
