I finally got my Parrot CK3100 Bluetooth Car Kit installed today.
This thing is awesome!! I have it paired with my Motorola V600 and it works seamlessly with the phone and car audio. Theres a little mic I installed on the pillar and it uses the stock audio speakers to listen to the person on the other end. It also automatically mutes the music when your utilizing the hands free system. There's also voice commands to answer the phone and end a call.
Here's the end product.

and here's the control box. I placed this in the space behind the temperature controls and below the head unit. I'm still working on the location of the user controls. Right now I have it on the vent with a bracket they provided. I'm thinking of putting it right above the rear view mirror. Right now I'm just glad I have bluetooth in my car.
No more fumbling the phone around while trying to shift gears!

Fortunately, my friend is good with installing audio systems, so I left the wiring to him. This kit is catered for European cars, so there was quite a bit of wire splicing. The instructions were a bit vague, only a diagram is provided without written instructions. We got it to work right away and it works seamlessly with my Motorola V600 and stock (non-bose) stereo.

Yup, it show's caller id's, recent calls (in & out) and it can organize your phone book like the Nokia phones do (example, entry John Doe has a sub menu for his office, mobile and home numbers) You can control the volume and there are a handful of voice commands that can answer the phone, end a call etc. You can program separate voice dials from your phone's voice dials. If you have a voice dial setup on the device, when that person calls it will not only give you a visual caller id, it will give you an audio caller id (based on how you recorded that person's name).

I could be wrong, but I believe that phones doesn't have bluetooth capabilities. Your phone must have bluetooth in order for this device to work.
I've only had this thing for 2 days and I have to say that this kit is awesome!! I can leave my phone in the hatch in a bag and still be able to make/take calls. Plus with the display I can see who's calling, other kits don't have a display.
If u really want the convenience of hands free talking, I say go get a new phone with bluetooth, the kit is worth it.

Mine was on back order at the time, so it took about a month for me to get the package after I ordered it.
