Default My install by THE Chad West!

I'm gonna pick up my car today, if it ever stops raining here in NC.

Here is a list of my equipment:
DDX-7015 head unit
(2) JL 300/2 amps (one amp driving each side of BA Z6 components)
Boston Acoustic Z6 components in custom door pods
(1) JL 500/1 amp
(1) JL 10W7
40GB Ipod
(1) extra yellow top battery behind driver
(2) packs of Dynamat EXTREME
Custom painted interior pcs.

A brief explanation with teaser pics to follow. My wife suprised me with the head unit already installed on my birthday. That is what started all of this. The Ipod is in the factory navigation hole. That is all I'm gonna say about that, VERY custom. The center console is painted to match the interior "aluminum" trim.

The BA Z6's are in custom door pods. They look amazing. Tweeters in factory location customized and painted.Door switch panels painted to match interior "aluminum" trim. New Burnt Orange leather armrests.

Yellow top battery, relay, and distribution block behind driver seat. Crossovers for Z6's mounted to factory trim cover behind driver.

Three amps mounted side by side between driver and strut bar. The amps are mounted on three layers of plexi. One layer of black plexi on bottom, one layer of clear plexi in the middle, and one layer of black plexi on top. These have amber LED's which match the interior.

10W7 mounted under the strut bar firing back with Burnt Orange over the cover board.

There is probably lots I forgot, maybe Chad can chime in if he has time.

I'll post some teaser pics until I get the car home today for the final ones.

The same company I bought the seats from made the armrests and the shift boot for me. Leatherseats.com

I had a local upholstery shop install the seat covers and later the leather on the armrests.

Thanks for all the responses.

Do you mean the sub box? If so, it's custom. Chad built it and it extends down into the tire well.
