Zland.... you said you used the factory deck with the new equipment. My question is, does the factory deck have a set of pre-outs for amps or did you use a adapter....

 

This looks great - nice and clean. I could keep my glovebox free and stock HU with a sub tucked in the back.

Is this group buy still open ?

Anyone else got it installed yet - if so hows it sound ?

Paul told me he will not start a new order until all the orders have been filled from the fisrt grp buy. You can call him to get on a waiting list but just be aware that about 12 people waited a couple of months for him to get set up in production and deserve to be taken care of first. You can call Paul at (619) 260-1747 I know the fisrt sub enclosure was shipped out last Friday so we should be hearing soon about what others think of sound quality etc...

I was at Streetnoyz getting my system done, and I saw a forum member having his sub installed. It looked and sounded sweet, as do all of Streetnoyz's installs !.... These guys do awesome work ! Here is what they did in my Maxima..My Streetnoyz setup

 

So whats the best set up...just got the Z yesterday and have a 10w7 to put in with two JL amps and an eclipse deck with eclipse 6 disc changer and JL component speakers. 1st post who-hoo...love the car and love the site!

 

Try a search for Nazar. He is in New Hampshire and make a fiberglass box to fit under the rear strut brace. I got mine last year and I love it and it should fit your sub. I have the 10w6. I hope he is still selling them. The box is $399 I think. He can also put a vinyl covering on it to make it look more factory for an extra $100. I put black carpet on mine and it looks awesome. If you want pics I'll try and upload them tomorrow. If you can't find his number on this board, let me know and I'll look for my reciept. Also, tell him your a member of this fourum. He is a super nice guy and he know his stuff about car audio. He also has the best prices around.
