no molds, one off deal 
as for hte back, will hav emore pics later, but think of it as some kind of semi sealed...the customer himself will be doing a LOT more damepning of the door once i get it back to him...

Bing designed these for my car. And yea we're doing the bulk of the dampening back at our place. Bing was so kind to fit us into his schedule to knock out these pods for us. Customer service and build quality top notch as usual.

finished them and shipped...
here is the back:
first, more Edead is placed around the opening of hte stock grille, the back mold of hte fiberglass pod is cutout to match the opening. and then, a piece of semi-permiable carpet is stapled to the back. this gives the enclosure a semi-sealed finish, think of it as a simple AP vent...this method has worked well for me over the past
the cusotmer of ocurse, will COMPLETELY dampen the back of hte door to prevent rattles and buzzing.
also attached are some finished pics
