This is my car, wiregrass region at our usual location. As you can see in the video, we are lucky enough to have a pretty large, very open area so our courses are typically more open than the average autox course. Makes for a fun ride. Didn't make the video, and definitely not my choice in music :-P. One run, both inside and outside shots of the car.

I was down at the wiregrass site for the SEdiv event there. You guys should get some weed killer and kill all the grass in the cracks and that place would be awesome. I was driving my kart and every once and a while I'd hit some weeds and a giant ball grass and dirt would fly up and hit me right in the chest.

 

hahaha. Unfortunately I missed the divisional. Yeah, the weeds can be a pain. If you're smart, you get into the second heat so that all the cars in the first heat tear them all out wherever they cross the course :P But I'll tell you what, I'll split the cost of the weed killer with you if you'll go out and do all two acres of weeds!

in our area the runoffs are not more empty fields... its a curb...
and in our area the course is much tighter more suitable for smaller cars like s2k or miata
like when u hammer the Z it feels like warp speed around the tight course lol

 

Yeah, like I said, we have a very open area. Lucky for me!

do u have those camera mounts?

 

I simply run a couple of U bolts and an aluminum plate on my harness bar. I went to a bolt/fastener shop to get a camcorder-friendy bolt, drill a hole through the plate and bolt the camcorder to it.
