Default Sway Bars vs Springs

In general, if you had to choose between adjustable sway bars or springs what would you choose to maximize handling for track/time trial events?

BTW, the car has Koni Yellows and runs R-compound rubber.

Thanks

Since your shocks put a fairly low limit on your spring choice, I would go with bars in your situation.

Personally adj. sways.

if you change springs, and the variance front to rear may throw your handling into a loop for your setup...you can dial it to where you want with adj. sways.

Wow, not what I expected. I thought springs would be the way to go vs sways. My thinking was that they lower CG and provide a bit more neg camber up front. But I'm far from knowledgable on setup, thanks a lot.

Btw, did you continue your work on the front A-Arm bushings? IIRC, they provide a bit more neg camber up front, I'd be very interested in a set.

They have been in the car for eights hours of track time, four autocrosses, and about 3,000 miles of street driving. I'm hoping this weekend to put the car back on the lift, disassemble the front suspension, and inspect the bushings. If they are OK, then I'll figure the manufacturing costs and decide if I'm going to sell them.

Great, what would it take to install these and how much gain is there in neg camber?

I gained .9 negative on each side for a total of -1.9. Installation will require removal of the stock bushing and its metal sleeve, drilling and installing a set screw insert in the control arm, and an Arbor press or a dead blow hammer to install the bushings.

But, don't get your hopes up yet. I haven't pulled and inspected the parts.
