BSP Legal Camber, let's talk

No one answered the question about a SP legal aftermarket option? So I guess there isnt something? And this extracting of stock bushing is only option for us to get camber we need legally? Man I might have to suck it up and go this route. Although I dont have time to do this. Anyone know of a competent shop who could do this? Oh wait I know of one to talk with. Will let you know what we come up with as I cant stand what I'm seeing here. It must be my snobby Porsche upbringing?
Extracting a stock bushing and replacing it with an offset bushing of much higher duromemter is not misguided. Energy Suspension and PowerFlex, to name a few, have based businesses off of this practice. Its not metal but it has much less deflection than a rubber bushing sandwiched between two metal bushings. The original intent on that design probably lies somewhere between creating a softer ride by mitigating some vibration and making a responsive steering system fully designed around the car being track oriented. Can't have both, need to settle somewhere in the middle.

Do you think that bushings, shot up with nails, had a remote chance of causing the gap?
The fact that arguably trivial rules are made in response to protests leads me to believe that there are a lot of drivers that simply protest those they can't out-drive. -and making rules to keep people like that happy just seems like bad policy.
I understand there's money on the line, but I would have a hard time protesting another driver under many, if not most of the rules, unless I thought he had a real advantage and/or the gap was very close.

A ball joint is a spherical bearing is a bushing=NO?
Damn...If the amount of metal in the Stillen ball joint weighs the same or less as O.E. is that ok? The rubber on the O.E. is just grease retention, not the bushing itself.

Made a mess tonight, still not any closer to getting the bushings out!

Did run to pick up a vise as I didn't have one. I'm hoping that will help me tomorrow evening so I can get some real work done. Hopefully.

Well submitted an appeal to SEB on 15.8 C today asking for revised wording that will allow non solid bushings that might have a little more metal than stock.
In the mean time I'm working on a new solution that I havent seen anywhere.

....So if somone were to make a control arm bushing from non metal composite material would it meet SP no more metal than stock bushing rule? Certainly wouldnt have more "metal" than a stock bushing.

Im talking about working with someone to offer adjustable control arm on aftermarket turnkey. No fabbing, no offset bushings, etc Designed to use this material. I think there is a solution coming our way soon with very high quality arm for 370Z. Any interest in 350?
