Can't comment on whether you need a small spacer or not....have to have someone else chime in. You can't adjust camber in C-stock. My guess is the 295 in front will rub a little bit. I am not 100% sure the 315 will fit in back without a roll, which I doubt highly is stock legal. You may have to run 295 square.
295s is what I run, and have had a moderate amount of success with them.

The stock Nismo rims are 18x9 and 19x10. I was thinking about 255 for the front and 295 rear. The 295 might be a stretch for an 9" rim.

Personally, I'd try 285/30R18 for the front (I'd be afraid that the 9" rim is going to allow the fronts too close to the front suspension without spacers) and 315 for the rear -- BUT, I'd find someone who had some old, worn-out tires of the size I wanted to try (locally, if possible, so that I wouldn't pay a lot in shipping) and mount and test-fit the tires before committing to a size that might not work.
I don't like spacers so I probably won't go larger than 295 on the front of my car, and I like the square stance since that helps to eliminate some exit understeer.
(Oh, and my comment about my "moderate success" was sarcasm -- people seem to know that if I show up in my car and I'm even moderately prepared for the event, that I'll likely be contending for the win.)

If you're running A6s in autocross, get as much tire as you can get. The 295s have only a bit of challenge fitting, but even the local tire shop has had very few problems mounting the 285 A6s on my front (18x8) rims, and the rears are even easier.

I am hoping that that A6s will rachet up my placement in the standings. I have been within 2 seconds of top times on street tires this past year and most times every one ahead of me had better rubber.

Yes, I know. BFG doesn't make a size for us yet. I am talking with Pete Calhoun of BFG about trying to get an early set for testing. I had a small test day with Junior Johnson, Strano, etc and they ran a bunch of testing on the vettes. Inconclusive, but the BFG has raw speed. It is more difficult to control at the limit though.
