6 mm alupanel.
basically sign material. 2 sheets of aluminum with a composite material in the middle.
very strong and light. But a little more flexible than I thought. Still I think it will do the trick.
My buddy and I worked on the internal frame work for a few hours last night.
We are going to start welding it up this week. I made a homemade splitter thread in the road/autox sub forum so I haven't posted much here.
Engine swap should begin soon as well.

Whens the first track event for you?
You're still running the swift Rs correct? What rear camber arms are you running?
Wish you'd make a list of mods on 1st post. I'm enjoying following you on FB. Keep up the good work

You will man, but Sasha said, this reads a little lower than even his last dyno. This would have been 325 on his old dyno. But I am going to claim 225 because it makes me look like a way better driver and the engine looks stock under the hood.

There she sits. a ~380 hp sleeper in the engine bay sending 315 to the rear wheels. I will work a little more on the power later on. Might get it closer to Sasha's 376 rwhp later on. I probably won't go to ITB's to be honest. But I might work on the stock manifold and get larger injectors and raise the rev limit.

Setrab 925 oil cooler waiting to be plummed in.

Accusump 3 quart oil system just waiting final fittings to be finished.

and with the car still being gone, I borrowed lovemyVQ's car to measure out the wheelbase for the wheel tie down straps.
Getting the car on and off proved very difficult. We scraped the cross member that passes under the exhaust in front of the diff. And we scraped it on the way up, but we bent it on the way down. So, up on the lift the car went. We took the cross member off, hammered it flat where we bent it, then painted it. Sorry lovemyVQ!!

And with the info gained from lovemyVQ's car making it up on the trailer I measured out and placed 8 D-rings to hold the tire tie down straps today. I'm also going to use 3 straps on the frame and tow hooks. So 7 or 8 points just because I'm paranoid. Never pulled anything on a trailer before. I decided to place a 2000 lb hand winch because cheaper and less to maintain. So I might work on that tomorrow.
