Same here, I have started running Qualifying like a TT event...and it worked great. I used to try to be 1st in line...but you had to get there 45 min early...and somebody ALWAYS beats me there...so now I go out late...real late and merge into a fastest pack than my class...they are the rabbit. I also hang back as needed to find a "space"

For the front, I bring hubs with race studs installed, these are normally used...they are the last ones removed from the yearly overhaul.

The rears are "NIB" bearing..
