We just released our 370Z hood struts, and the 350Z models are currently in production. We hope to have them shortly.

Trying to install the struts but the OEM struts are giving me a hard time. I'm trying to remove the top ball stud but the OEM bolt isn't coming off with the 12mm wrench. Any alternative solution on how I can take the old top ball stud off?

I have had to resort to using vise grips in the past.

2 weeks and I still haven't got a tracking #. All I have got is a rep named Chuck Powers saying "I checked into this order and I have a set going out today. I do not know why they didn’t ship previously and apologize again. You should have a tracking number later today for the set heading your way."

But still no real tracking # or even a email back yet.
Order #344927

So far I'm not impressed with this places service I sure hope the struts are worth all this waiting... if i don't get a tracking soon im just gonna dispute it and get a refund

HeLLSaTan:
I do apologize that you have not received your order yet. We keep these struts in stock and I cannot say why it was originally delayed. When I received your original e-mail about the failure to ship I pulled a new set and made sure they went out the door. We then failed to forward that tracking number on to you. I had replied earlier today (to an email requesting the tracking) with the tracking number to let you know that it is on the vehicle for delivery today. Just in case you didn't receive it Tracking no.: 518185925006.

Again I apologize for our lack of communication but you should have it today.

Question

just bought this bad boy and the hatch is hard as hell to get open, let alone stay open. Think the HP struts will ease my burden? Quote to 66442

Tried having my struts installed and they didn't "Fit" according to Clint (the person who works on my car). I need some customer support and figure out what's going.
